"A Wink and a Smile"

You would think that since I have been using a computer for so long that I would know that you could change the text size on a computer screen ... and not just the size when I post (here and on my mommy board). Last night my husband laughed at his dear wife who was only inches from the screen squinting. It could have been that I was not wearing my glasses or that I really could use some stronger ones. It could also be that my text size was only normal and well, I need a little somthin', somthin' BIGGER so that I can see without strain. YAY!

It is 10 pm and there is a baby crying I go to her room and we do "rocky, rocky" (that's just rocking on the LaZBoy chair) We snuggle together and I think to the days when she was an infant and I could easily comfort her by nursing and doing "rocky, rocky" I quickly remember that this BABY is now a TODDLER She is 21/2 I know this for sure because only moments before I came to her room she said these exact words ... "Mommy, I could really NEED a tissue" A tissue she was given then We did "rocky, rocky" for Mommy's sake ;)

Me ... "I'm getting dressed (to go run). Can it wait a minute?" {b} ... "It's just me Mom. Don't worry, I won't laugh or nothin'!" WONDERFUL I'm so glad that my 5 year old has enough willpower not to laugh at her half naked mother.

Lots of school going on Lots of family "issues" going on Lots of time making appointments Lots of time going TO appointments Lots of time spent in the car Lots of time thinking Lots of time figuring out this whole new concept of investing Lots of LOTS ! Again I need to bring along my little voice recorder because I am constantly thinking of blogging ideas while I am driving, but then I suddenly have no recollection by the time I get home. Hence the "LOTS" post. I must have too much going on. ON TO dinner and then LOTS more to do before bed.
