"A Wink and a Smile"

Ahhhhhhh ... have I ever expressed my love for dark chocolate? I can't eat a lot, but just a bite (or two) is enough to bring a smile to my face. I went through the Ghirardelli phase.  My trips to TARGET would always result in a bag or two of their dark chocolate.  You know it is good for you and I am ALL ABOUT giving my body good stuff! The new favorite is the little Dove miniatures .  The wrapper reveals a catchy little saying (Promise message) that I just love to read.  Sometimes I am feel like my chocolate is speaking to me ...  Telling me things like ... close your eyes and relax be good to yourself today laugh, laugh, and laugh some more Chocolate makes me a happier person.  It gives me a moment of pleasure with each miniature bite and now it even talks to me. Chocolate is the best!

After dropping little {c} off at preschool I headed back to the BIG *** BRIDGE for my run.   Today it was a little crowded with bikers, but I managed not to get run over.  I'm liking this course ... not too hilly (except for when I am running UP the bridge).  Today I was even prepared with my newest playlist for running, so that kept me pretty motivated. Not too hot Sunny A GOOD run!  I've already passed my 5K goal, but I would like to increase my speed and hopefully the distance.   Hmmmm ... wonder which is more important at my age ... speed or distance?

It is annoying, it is corny, and I hope that I never have to wear dentures. I'm off to brush, water pik, and floss my teeth ...

WARNING : I am thinking and this could be a very boring post. One of the things that I seem to worry about (and that list can go on and on), is selling our home at some point.  When we moved to this state, we thought it would only be a 2-3 year stay.  We just celebrated our 3rd year living here and I would imagine that we will be here for the full year. I am sure though, that if things continue to go well with my husband's job ... we will be off in a new direction and be heading to a state far away. This leads me back to our house and the many things that we should do to make it look a little better once the time comes to sell it.  Of course, it is still not a good time to sell ... hopefully things will change when we really have to.  We were really very lucky last time. My mental to do list ... paint the trim in the house fix the garage door paint the playroom (the only room NEVER painted by us) paint the garage ...  the walls look GROSS to me get windows replaced ... yes, that st...
