A mommy that I know shared this site. It does make me curious. Has anyone else out there tried this?
When I was 45, I was feeling fabulous. I was fit, energetic, and I thought I could easily pass for 40;) Age was just a number and I certainly didn't think I felt or looked my true age. Then February 11th came and I turned 46. I have sciatica on my left side, my left knee is stiff, and I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. I've resorted to stretching all the time and popping the occasional anti-inflammatory. There are dark circles under my eyes that I've had to start putting concealer on. My hair is growing out from last years 45 year old short hair, but it's just in an awkward stage. I can't decide if I want to cut it again or let it grow out. I even thought of styling my hair differently by doing a different hair part. That was a terrible idea because I was SHOCKED to see how much gray is now growing in the center of my scalp. I also think my metabolism is slowing down because my mid section seems a little thicker ... ...

I also want to hear whether anyone's had personal experiences with this. Veeerrry interesting.
I like commonsensewithmoney.com , pinchingyourpennies.com , and hip2save.blogspot.com to name a few...
I feel like I have figured out how to play the grocery game on my own and from free information sources.
It does take some time to save big on the grocery bill but as a stay at home mom, I have just decided that is part of my job.
Oh, I have also decided it takes from flexbility to save too. I used to be very brand focused. I still don't buy very many store brands but have found that, for example, even though we have always been a Crest family, if Aquafresh is the toothpaste I can get for free, that is what we are brushing our teeth with. Just little changes like this can add up to savings.
Thanks for stopping by my blog and for your sweet comment ... and for your prayers. I know you can relate; I am sorry for the loss of your dad, too.
God bless your day!
I hope you are finding some good things to eat today!

I am lucky if I can get out to at least 1 store a week. I usually get it delivered! (yikes, I know!)
God bless,
